je suis propriétaire d'un appartement de 42 M2 à Clichy (92110). Métro 13 (mairie de Clichy) à 8 minutes à pieds et Métro 14 (Saint Ouen) à 5 minutes à pieds.
je loue la chambre de ma fille qu'elle est partie travailler à l'étranger. il s'agit d'une chambre Master (Salle de bain et WC et lavabo dans la chambre).
moi aussi j'ai une chambre Master avec mes sanitaires à moi dans ma chambre.
Le salon/cuisine est partie commune.
Le loyer n'étant pas très élevé je demande à la personne qui prendra la chambre de faire la cuisine deux trois fois par semaine.
