Hello! My name is Qoryn, and I am an international student from Indonesia. Next year, I am moving to Nice for a 48-week program to study French at Alliance Française Nice (8 Rue de Paris). I am a very responsible, tidy, and organized person who deeply values a peaceful and clean living space. Since I am a beginner in French, I am highly looking for an English-speaking host who can communicate with me when needed, but is also patient and encouraging in helping me practice everyday conversational French. I am very eager to learn and would love a host who is open-minded and welcoming to foreign students (étudiants étrangers). To focus on my studies, I am looking for a quiet and calm household within walking distance to my school. I do not throw parties or host large gatherings, as I prefer a tranquil environment. I would feel most comfortable staying with a female host—such as a senior woman, a widow, or an academic/scholar. I am eager to contribute to the household in exchange for a welcoming home.
