The building is secured with code and interphone controlled access in a pedestrian area: busy on week, quiet and calm during week ends. The room has a bed 160x200, desk, wardrobe. The flat has 3 bedrooms. Private shower, shared toilets and equiped kitchen with a washing machine and your own cooking tools + Internet wifi. Heating charges: additional costs would be charged in addition to the rent for the heating costs (nov., dec., janv., feb.).

- a non-smoker, no drugs, no heavy drinkers, well educated, respectful of cleanliness in the house incl. own room! - avaibility and skills for child care after school (1 child, 9yo), - please provide proof of your professional or student status, - before an agreement a visit is required or a skype meeting with webcam if you are abroad, - preferably an english or japanese speaking native who'd like to improve her french speaking level !
