What is the origin of the Ouistock project? 

The origin or idea came from a personal experience two years ago. Simon changed apartments every year, so he had to resell his furniture each time. At the start of the school year, he had to spend a day buying them all back due to lack of storage space. Also, the prices of traditional storage facilities were high. Neville offered to store his furniture at his place to help him. Thus, the idea was born.
Ouistock was created in April 2014 by Neville Ricour and Simon Ryckembusch. They were students at HEI in Lille and turned their final year project into an entrepreneurial adventure.

How does it work to find a space or rent out your space?

It's very simple: you need to go to the website www.ouistock.fr then register on the site. It is free and fast. To find a space, a geolocation module allows you to find the ideal space to store your belongings. After communicating with the space owner on the site, you just have to book the space via our secure payment module. Insurance on stored goods and the rental contract are automatically provided.
To list your space on the site, it’s very simple and takes only 5 clicks, then your listing is online. You can earn on average €100/month in cities like Marseille, Bordeaux, Lille, Lyon, and up to €300/month in Paris.
