Hello, welcome to the French Riviera. Considering a suitable candidate to help me. In a residence with a concierge, pool, boules courts, tennis courts, ping pong swimming pool ( outdoors so closed now but usually you can sit there and relax. You must have transport A €600 security deposit is requested and returned at the end of your stay when we do the check out together and it is to cover any damages and to make sure my belongings are safe or loss of keys. The studio has my belongings in it so I will need access €20 per week in advance for each week stayed to cover costs for water, electricity and heating and internet.
